Join us on 24.06. at 19:00 for a playful exploration of change through improv, embodied exercises, and group interaction. Free entrance with a donation.

Change is everywhere. One day you notice you’ve become someone who wakes up early. Or stopped calling someone. Or suddenly cares about plants. Sometimes it’s big, sometimes barely visible – but it’s always there.
In this workshop we play with that. With before and after. With the moment something shifts. With who we are in the middle of becoming.
Using elements from improv theatre, storytelling, movement, and guided exercises, we will explore change in a light and accessible way. Some exercises will be reflective and still, others interactive and playful. We may build scenes together, inhabit different moments in time, or simply notice what emerges when we slow down and look.
We will explore questions like:
What does a moment of change look like from the outside?
What do we carry with us, and what do we leave behind?
What happens when we play with time, transition, and becoming?
You can participate at your own pace, whether actively stepping into scenes or simply observing.
