Join us on 26.05. at 19:00 for a playful exploration of fear through improv, horror-inspired exercises, and group interaction. Free entrance with a donation.

Fear shows up everywhere. In awkward conversations, uncertainty, public speaking, making choices, entering a room full of strangers, or watching a horror movie alone at night. In this workshop, we explore fear not as something to defeat, but as something surprisingly creative, physical, strange, and sometimes even fun to work with.
Using elements from improv theatre, storytelling, movement, and guided exercises, we will play with tension, suspense, hesitation, and the unknown in a light and accessible way. Horror and eerie atmospheres serve as inspiration, but the focus is not on intense scares or deep psychological work. Instead, we approach fear with curiosity, humor, imagination, and experimentation.
We will explore questions like:
- What happens in the body when tension appears?
- How do people react differently to uncertainty or pressure?
- What changes when we exaggerate fear, play with it, or bring it into a scene?
Some exercises will be reflective, others interactive and playful. We may create suspenseful scenes, embody strange characters, explore uncomfortable situations, or experiment with how fear changes communication and presence. You can participate at your own pace, whether actively stepping into scenes or simply observing.
The workshop is less about “fixing” fear and more about becoming more flexible around it. Sometimes fear becomes lighter once we stop treating it like an enemy and start treating it like material to work with.
