Join us on 22.04 ат 18:00 to explore what it means to stop playing small and start making bolder choices through improv and beyond. Free entrance.

While improv theatre is our playground, the patterns we work with show up just as much in everyday conversations, creative collaboration, work situations, and relationships.
Many of us don’t lack ideas, presence, or personality. We hold back. We soften what we say, interrupt our impulses, or choose the safe option without even noticing. This workshop is about recognizing that moment and choosing differently. We will focus on three core questions:
• Where do I hold back, even when I already know what I want to do?
• What changes when I commit fully to a choice instead of hesitating?
• How can I take small, clear risks that make interaction more alive and engaging?
Together, we explore what happens when you go a little further than usual. Often, it’s not about being louder or more extreme, but about being clearer, more decisive, and more present with what is already there. Before moving into longer scenes or interactions, we will slow things down and work with short, focused exercises. These help you notice where you tend to shrink, hesitate, or pull back and give you the space to experiment with more committed, confident choices.
This workshop is about expanding your range. Making clear offers, following through on ideas, and allowing yourself to take up a little more space in interaction, without needing to become someone else.
