Two nights dedicated to public speaking in English with Raymond Steers. Dates: November 12th and November 13th. Duration: between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm. No registration required. You may come either night or both.
A free workshop running two nights and open to anyone with any level of English.
Although not required, attendees are welcome and encouraged to bring any reading material they wish, from school, work, business, literature, poetry, song lyrics, jokes, etc. that they would like help with. Books and printed pages will also be provided as example speaking materials.
We will cover topics such as pronunciation, grammar, diction, vocal control, projecting and connecting to the audience, timing, speed, and pacing. Any and all questions about the topic are open for discussion, and the sessions will be held in a no-pressure environment.
You may come either night or both.
Your host is Raymond Steers. Mr. Steers has written and directed two feature films, acted in numerous others, and created English Subtitles for many Bulgarian movies. You can see him acting in the Bulgarian movies “Chico Koleda”, and “ACTION”, on TV in commercials for Metro, and heard him as the English narration voice of The Buzludja Project, The American University in Blagovgrad, and The Sofia Opera. Raymond has lived in Bulgaria for 15 years.
